Our passionate team oversees each project internally, from concept to finish.
We acquire development sites ahead of the market, create concept designs with investors, and work closely with development partners to secure tax credits for certain projects. Once a project’s concept and financing are established, we complete all permitting, final design and contaminated material removal. We then manage the construction bidding process, oversight of construction, and project delivery ahead of schedule and on budget.
DagesseCo also provides full leasing and property management services per project needs or upon request.
City Gardens
City Gardens is DagesseCo’s third boutique luxury apartment building planned for 355 Main Street in Winooski, VT. This 30-unit building will feature a commercial space at street level along one of Winooski’s gateway districts. DagesseCo has completed the design and permitting phase of this project. The Project is now under construction with a Spring 2022 occupancy date.
ParC Terrace
Parc Terrace is a 45-unit mixed income building with commercial space located at the corner of Manseau and East Allen Street in Winooski, VT. This project is being developed in collaboration with Summit Properties. DagesseCo acquired the development site, completed the permitting phase of the project, and worked as part of a team to complete the design. DagesseCo delivered ahead of schedule in September 2021.
CityLofts
City Lofts is an upscale Boutique 25-unit apartment building with incredible attention to detail. Located in the popular Winooski Gateway district. DagesseCo developed, constructed and operates this building which opened for occupancy in Spring of 2020.

to complete the design and construction. The challenging development site required the use of aggregate pier deep foundations and large sheet pile retaining walls.
CityLightS
The CityLights building, an urban luxury apartment building in WInooski’s downtown, provides high end finishes, great amenities and some of the most spectacular views in the area. DagesseCo developed, constructed and operates this building. The building opened summer 2017.
